How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase on PLAYERUPS is safe and easy.

● You can click on the product you want to purchase, select one of our payment methods, make your payment, and notify us of your payment. Your order will be created immediately.

● After the seller has delivered your order, log into your PLAYERUPS account and confirm the delivery so that the payment can be transferred to the seller.

● Remember that everything is subject to your approval, and if there is any discrepancy with the listing on our website, your payment will not be transferred to the seller and will be refunded to you.

Who am I buying from?

Buyers on PLAYERUPS purchase directly from other players or our company. However, to ensure that PLAYERUPS becomes the safest trading environment possible, buyers do not send their payments directly to sellers. Instead, all payments are sent directly to PLAYERUPS, where they are secured by PlayerGuardian. We then wait for both the buyer and seller to confirm to PLAYERUPS that delivery has been completed. Only after we have successfully confirmed that the delivery was completed accurately and in full do we securely disburse payment to sellers.

What if the seller doesn't deliver?

The overwhelming majority of all transactions on PLAYERUPS occur successfully. In addition, our worldwide player-to-player digital asset exchanges have successfully and securely completed over 30,000,000 MMO game asset transactions. In certain exceptional cases, the seller may not be able to deliver within the guaranteed time, or may not be able deliver at all. Rest assured that our systems and processes have carefully considered, and are well prepared to handle, all the possible exceptional cases that might occur during an order.
