PLAYERUPS is a marketplace that enables users to showcase, sell, and purchase products. The actual sales contract is made directly between Buyers and Sellers. While PLAYERUPS facilitates the resolution of disputes between Buyers and Sellers, it has no control over and does not guarantee the following: the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items advertised; the accuracy or completeness of User content or listings; the ability of sellers to sell products; the ability of buyers to make payments for products; or whether a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return a product.
